Advice for selling a horse and finding a new one .?

Ok here's what I would do. I would sell your mare for a decent price ensuring she gets a good home. I don't think I would pay more than 400$ for her. Her age and pigeon toed issue would greatly decrease her value, especially in this economy! Sell her for cheap to a good home! I got a free warmblood mare! That's what the market is like. Free would be best, or maybe retire her with your gelding.
