A Decision on Which place 2 visit?

Ok i have a choice between Scottland, British Columbia Canada, Turkey or Italy? Which place would u say is more friendly, more beautiful, not too expensive, or all around would make a great trip? Now i know these r localized questions and cannot be said about every1 b/c every1 is different but if u can try at least and tell me why? Oh just another question who would u say has nicer girls?
