Which of the following snacks should I buy?

Sorry but this doesn't sound like normal, healthy food! No raw and freshly cooked food; and where are your meat and vegetables? If you cook and eat gorgeous food, you will enjoy your food and that will help you avoid diet problems. Chestnut jam sounds good, and also french baguette. Yogurt is fine (the variety is irrelevant, just personal taste), but it is best if it is organic (tastes better and healthier) and is not a low-fat version (normal milk and yogurt is low fat anyway, we need a bit of fat for vitamins and to feel satisfied). However, the rest of your diet doesn't add up. Croissants are fine as an occasional treat or if the rest of your diet is good, but they are not nutritious. Things like 'alpro soy cappucino' are processed foods, not proper food! No point eating things like gelato and ciocolatta, as they are treats, not food (few nutrients) and probably contain industrial ingredients. Buy a recipe book, starting cooking, stop living on snacks, and base your food around meat and vegetables. Hope that helps.
