Rotator Cuff Tear? What should I do about it?

Im almost 19, and I tore my rotator cuff my junior year of high school. I was bench pressing and the last rep I pushed really hard then there was a sharp pain in my shoulder. It has only ached one time since I hurt it. If I raise my arm straight out, then pull my arm in (like I have two arms out and my fists are touching) then lift a little wegiht that pain is there. I want to start lifting again. Should I jsut deal with the pain or get if fixed? What are some excersices that work the anterior deltiod since from dumbell raises is the common excercise and it hurts.
