How do I transfer videos to Creative Zen Vision W from Amazon Unbox and other places?

I want to load videos to my zen w. I should supposedly be able to transfer Amazon Unbox right from my computer but can't get it to work. I slo have other files I want on there that need to be converted. Please give easy to follow directions as I am not computer savvy and don't know all the lingo. Thanks
