Waive community service and ard program in pa?

When do I have to get "everything" completed, two months? so if my first ard hearing is December 14th and I get my license back February 14th, then will have them two months to get done, or was I suppose to get it two months before my first hearing? So confused, I am only worried because I still need to do therapy sessions, I got ahss cles almost done, the last cl in the night of my first ard hearing
