Why are people so racist to me?

Okay so there's this guy in 7th period and he's so racist to me, i am Korean and He goes "hey ______ (my name) your like to eat dogs woof woof " And at school i'm known for the such sweetest and nicest girl of all and it's true but i can't help but to get mad at him and it makes me want to cry because my crush is right in front of me and i get so embarred, and he also says "ching chang chong" in front of me and i get offended and then he pulls his eyes on me if you know what i mean that is. I don't know what else to do, i told the teachers like a little girl does when she has no where else to go but the thing is they counselors won't help they only said to sign some stuff so i got and broke their door and said their the worst counselors in school and i talked to my peroid teacher and she only said that if i tell on them again they'll be in huge trouble but she keeps forgetting and says it over and over again and i don't know what else to do, i tried talking to him and asked him why he does it and he said because "your Asian" and i got so offended i started to cry and....... i don't know what else to do. He's germen and apparently he worships Hitler . I told my dad but that's no help, i've been going through alot and suicide thoughts too and He keeps making it worse. Help please?
