Xbox 360 still overheating?

Idk what to do at this point. I have always kept my xbox 360 well-ventilated and never in a cramped space. Ive had it for more than 3 years so now the warranty is gone. At that point i decided to open the console up and i found some dust inside which i cleaned out. Now it shuts itself down after 4 minutes or so of use and flashes 2 red lights. Any suggestions on what i can do or is it pretty much ****** at this point?
