I was accused of vandalism. The accuser is lying and saying she has witnesses who saw me and I didn't do this.?

She must have someone lying for her about this because did not do this. She has now filed a law suit against me. This happened after a break up. Also, I was with someone all night on the night in question who can testify to this fact. What will happen in court?
