My computer is acting weird! whats wrong with it help?

okay ive resetted my computer a couple of times because its constantly messing up.. it freezes alot ..and the worst part i cant download anything.. i cant download yahoo messanger or limewire..or itunes.. everytime im on a website it says i have to update browser and ive tryed to download new ones but it wont let me ...i even factory resetted and still nothing has changed.. ive been downloading cleaners.. like cccleaner.. but still no changes...idk whats wrong with it but its pissin me of!! also when im on myspace i cant reply to any messages .. and at the bottom where its suppose to load.. it just says done.. but nothing happens..
